This HairGo Subscription Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the HairGo User Agreement and applies to your purchase and use of the paid subscription services provided by the developer of HairGo. By purchasing, activating, or using the Subscription Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Subscription Agreement and the User Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Subscription Agreement and the User Agreement, this Subscription Agreement shall prevail with respect to the Subscription Services.
1. Scope of Subscription Services
1.1 The Subscription Services refer to the premium value-added services provided by us on the HairGo App ("App"), which include but are not limited to: access to the exclusive premium hairstyle library (containing limited-edition original hairstyles and authorized designer styles not available to free users), advanced rendering features (such as customizable hair color, texture adjustment, and background replacement), ad-free experience, priority technical support, and exclusive early access to new features. The specific content of the Subscription Services may be adjusted by us from time to time, and the latest service scope will be displayed in the App's subscription page.
1.2 The Subscription Services are only available to users who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the User Agreement (i.e., at least 13 years old, or under 18 years old with parental/guardian consent). By purchasing the Subscription Services, you confirm that you meet such eligibility requirements.
2. Subscription Pricing and Payment
2.1 The pricing of the Subscription Services will be clearly displayed on the App's subscription page (e.g., monthly subscription, annual subscription) before you make a purchase. We reserve the right to adjust the pricing, but any price adjustment will not affect the subscribed services for which you have already paid.
2.2 You agree to pay the subscription fee at the price displayed at the time of purchase through the payment channels supported by the Apple App Store (the "Payment Channel"). The Payment Channel will handle the payment process in accordance with its own terms of service, and we will not directly collect or store your payment card or other financial information.
2.3 The subscription fee is non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Subscription Agreement or required by applicable law. All fees are exclusive of any taxes (such as sales tax, value-added tax), and you shall be responsible for paying any applicable taxes arising from the purchase of the Subscription Services.
3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
3.1 Unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the current subscription period, the Subscription Services will be automatically renewed for the same subscription term (e.g., monthly renewal for monthly subscriptions, annual renewal for annual subscriptions) at the then-current pricing (we will notify you of any price increase for renewal through in-app notification or email at least 7 days in advance). The renewal fee will be automatically deducted from your payment method bound to the Payment Channel on the renewal date.
3.2 You may cancel the automatic renewal of the Subscription Services at any time. The cancellation process shall be carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the Apple App Store: (1) Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device; (2) Tap your Apple ID at the top; (3) Select "Subscriptions"; (4) Find and select "HairGo"; (5) Tap "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Free Trial" (if applicable). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to enjoy the Subscription Services until the end of the current period.
3.3 Free trial (if provided): We may offer a free trial of the Subscription Services to eligible new users. During the free trial period, you can enjoy the full Subscription Services. If you do not cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period, the subscription will be automatically renewed, and the renewal fee will be deducted from your payment method. You can cancel the free trial at any time in accordance with the method specified in Section 3.2 to avoid being charged.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Except in the following circumstances, we will not provide a refund for the subscription fee you have paid: (a) The Subscription Services cannot be used due to our technical faults and cannot be repaired within a reasonable time (usually 3 business days) after we receive your notice; (b) You are entitled to a refund under mandatory provisions of applicable law; (c) We agree to a refund in writing due to other special circumstances.
4.2 If you are eligible for a refund under Section 4.1, please contact us via the contact information provided in Section 7. We will verify the relevant circumstances and process the refund through the Payment Channel within 7-10 business days after confirming the refund eligibility. The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid for the affected subscription period.
4.3 Cancellation of the automatic renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the subscription fee for the current period. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until the end of the current period.
5. Suspension and Termination of Subscription Services
5.1 We will provide the Subscription Services in accordance with this Subscription Agreement. We may temporarily suspend the Subscription Services for technical maintenance, system upgrade, or compliance with legal requirements, and will notify you in advance through in-app notification or email (except for emergency maintenance). We will resume the services as soon as possible and, if the suspension period is more than 3 consecutive days, we will extend your subscription period by an equivalent number of days.
5.2 We may terminate the Subscription Services immediately without refunding the remaining subscription fee if you materially breach this Subscription Agreement or the User Agreement, including but not limited to: (a) Using the Subscription Services for illegal or improper purposes; (b) Infringing on our or third parties' intellectual property rights; (c) Tampering with the App's program code or using unauthorized plug-ins to obtain the Subscription Services for free; (d) Providing false information to obtain the Subscription Services.
5.3 You may terminate the Subscription Services by canceling the automatic renewal in accordance with Section 3.2. The termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
5.4 We reserve the right to terminate the Subscription Services in whole or in part if we discontinue the App or the Subscription Services due to business adjustments or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and refund the remaining subscription fee (calculated on a pro-rata basis) to you through the Payment Channel.
6. Modification of This Subscription Agreement
6.1 We may modify this Subscription Agreement from time to time to adapt to changes in laws, regulations, or service conditions. For material modifications (such as changes to subscription pricing, renewal rules, or refund policies), we will notify you through in-app pop-up, notification, or email at least 7 days in advance. If you continue to use the Subscription Services after the modification takes effect, you shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Subscription Agreement; if you do not agree, you may cancel the automatic renewal in accordance with Section 3.2, and the modified Agreement will not affect the services you have paid for before the modification.

8. Other Provisions
8.1 This Subscription Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Subscription Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction over the place where the Developer is located.
8.2 If any provision of this Subscription Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
